One-on-One Feldenkrais lessons are called Functional Integration® (FI).

 

In an FI® lesson, you are gently moved by me using Feldenkrais-specific movements that are designed to help you become more aware of how you move and ways in which can move more easily. These lessons use the same principles as the group classes, but instead of being guided verbally to move yourself, I mindfully move you with my hands and without force. Fee is Pay-What-You-Want. No one is turned away because of lack of funds. A general suggestion is between $60-$150. Pay via Venmo @Sarah-Silk-2 or in-person at the lesson. Please pay what is sustainable for you.
