MFR is myofascial release in the Barnes method. Differing from other myofascial release techniques, MFR uses sustained pressure without force for a longer period of time. These easy techniques are a powerful tool for relieving pain & trauma, old & new.
Fascia is all the soft tissue in your body, and due to injury, habit, or stress, it becomes hard & un-pliable, tugging on the whole web of fascia holding together your entire body. I practice the Barnes method of Myofascial release.
